This notice explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us through it, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed automatically, such as the request time, the requested page, the HTTP status, your IP address, your browser type and the referring page. This data is used only to deliver the website securely and to detect and prevent misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 31(2)(c) Swiss FADP). Server logs are kept for up to 30 days unless a security investigation requires longer.
Contact form and email
If you contact us through the contact form, we process the details you provide: name, work email address, organization, topic of interest and your message. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a cookieless check that helps prevent abuse. Submissions are forwarded to our Microsoft 365 mailbox via MailChannels, which processes the message in transit only. If you email us directly, we process your email address and the content of your message.
We use this data only to answer your inquiry and for any follow-up you request. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Please do not send us patient data or other sensitive health information through the form or by email.
We delete inquiry data once it is no longer needed to handle your request, unless statutory retention obligations apply. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
Fonts
The typefaces on this website (Macan and STK Bureau) are self-hosted. Your browser does not contact a third-party font service to load them.
